Positive Thinking:

“Keeping focused on constructive thought patterns can be a challenge for anyone. It’s unrealistic to expect yourself to always be on the right path. Once you become aware of negative patterns of thought and behavior, however, you can counterbalance them with positive actions more easily. You can enhance your performance on the job, at home, and in social situations when your mind and heart are positive.

*To foster greater allegiance, cooperation, and communication among those with whom you work; find sincere, truthful ways to encourage and compliment their positive attributes and work product. You can always find something good to say about someone – just notice it and act upon it.

*To transform negativity into good energy, remember that every cloud has a silver lining. Every aspect of every day in everyone’s life has simultaneously a negative and a positive charge: The glass is both half empty and half full. Notice how much better you feel when you focus on what’s there rather than on what’s missing.
